Arizona Derby Dames

When you are in a city with multiple derby leagues, having two leagues scheduling bouts on the same night is not always fun.  Sometimes, it can be because of scheduling venue space.  But it is understandable.  

Both Arizona Derby Dames (AZDD) and Arizona Roller Derby (AZRD) have derby action scheduled for Saturday, October 11. 

Get ready for a "legends" weekend at Arizona Derby Dames as they celebrate the launch of their 20th season of derby love and their 15th as a banked track league.

Derby lovers and sports fans, I am happy to announce that I am now blogging to fanster.com. You will be able to find my blog there at fanster.com/michichan. As we go forward, the content that will go to fanster will be more geared towards the general interest sports fan but at the same time, the news feed from michichan.com will be available on that site. Derby lovers, here we are again. The derby season is about to get into high gear here in Arizona. TRD had a great way to open the month by showing evidence that your Michi needs to move to Tucson and attend the Helen Wheels school of skating correctly.
